• State employees receive a 5% salary increase beginning October 1, 2014, including classified, unclassified, hourly, legislative, and county health department employees subject to state Merit System.

• State employees receive a 2.5% salary increase beginning October 1, 2015, with the same eligibility as the 2014 increase.

• State employees receive a 2.5% salary increase beginning October 1, 2016, with the same eligibility as previous years.

• Cost-of-living increases do not apply to local supplements for judges, appellate judges, or employees covered by labor agreements or contracts.

• Director of State Personnel Department revises pay plan schedules and submits to state Comptroller for warrant issuance; appropriations required under the bill shall be made through the annual budget act.
