Amends Section 32-6-65 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to provide relief from late registration penalties for military personnel on deployment.

Allows any person on military deployment during any part of their designated vehicle registration renewal month 30 calendar days from the deployment end date to renew registration without incurring the standard $15 late penalty or associated interest charges.

Excludes individuals with discharge characterizations of "dishonorable" or "other than honorable" from this relief provision.

Requires documentation of military deployment using military deployment orders, government-issued Statement of Service letter, Form DD214, or a letter from the registrant's unit commander certifying deployment end date.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
