• Amends Section 28-3-190 of the Alabama Code to modify the distribution of uniform beer tax proceeds for the Town of Orrville in Dallas County.

• For beer sales within Orrville's corporate limits and police jurisdiction, 72.23% of tax proceeds go to the town and 27.77% goes to the Dallas County Commission.

• Maintains the existing beer tax rate of 1.625 cents per four fluid ounces or fractional part thereof on all beer sold.

• Beer tax proceeds continue to be distributed differently across Alabama counties based on their individual statutory provisions, with Orrville now receiving a specified percentage share.

• Effective date is the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
