Adds Section 17-5-18.1 to the Code of Alabama to establish criminal offenses under the Fair Campaign Practices Act, including threatening physical or emotional harm, damaging property, or stealing political signs related to a political race or election.

Establishes conspiracy to commit any of these election-related offenses as a separate criminal violation.

Amends Section 17-5-19 to classify intentional violations of Section 17-5-18.1 as Class C felonies (previously violations were Class A misdemeanors).

Sets prosecution venue in the county where the violation occurred or where the alleged violator resides, with Montgomery County as venue if the violator resides outside Alabama or the violation occurred outside the state.

Establishes a two-year statute of limitations for prosecuting violations of the chapter, except for violations under Section 17-5-7 which have a four-year limitation.
