Increases the monthly expense allowance for the Crenshaw County coroner from $450 to $1,500, effective October 1, 2014.

The expense allowance is paid from the county general fund and constitutes the only compensation and expenses provided by law for the coroner.

Allows the county commission to provide an additional cellular telephone allowance in an amount to be set by the commission.

Permits the Crenshaw County coroner to appoint a deputy coroner at no expense to the county.

Grants the Crenshaw County Commission authority to increase the coroner's expense allowance by majority vote of all commission members.
