Alters and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Summerdale in Baldwin County to remove certain property from the city's corporate limits.

Specifies the territory to be removed as 1.6 acres located in Section 10-T7S-R4E, described by metes and bounds beginning at the east corner of the northeast quarter.

Requires a map showing the proposed annexation/removal territory to be filed and available for public inspection in the office of the Judge of Probate in Baldwin County, Alabama.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
