Alters, rearranges, and extends the corporate boundary lines of the City of Summerdale in Baldwin County, Alabama to annex additional territory.

Annexes a specific parcel of land in Section 12, Township 7 South, Range 3 East, Baldwin County, measuring approximately 780 feet west to east and 210 feet north to south, bounded by the West right-of-way line of George Younce Road.

Requires a map showing the territory proposed for annexation to be filed and maintained for public inspection in the office of the Judge of Probate in Baldwin County, Alabama.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
