• Adopts and incorporates into the Code of Alabama 1975 all general and permanent laws enacted during the 2013 Regular Session as contained in 2013 Cumulative Supplements and Replacement Volumes 16A, 19A, and 22, authenticated by the Great Seal of Alabama.

• Initially adopts 2013 Volume 22H (Local Laws Greene - Jackson Counties) and 2013 Cumulative Supplements to local law volumes for various counties into the Code of Alabama 1975.

• Makes eight specific corrections to code sections including fixing publishing misprints, restoring inadvertently deleted language, renumbering internal citations following prior acts, and correcting clerical errors in sections 6-5-752, 12-19-91, 12-25-32, 23-1-181, 27-4-2, 27-44-13, 38-9E, and 40-13-6.

• Declares West Group as Code Publisher has certified discharge of duties in editing and publishing replacement volumes by combining previous bound volumes with cumulative supplement material without substantive changes.

• Specifies act does not affect any other 2014 session statutes and requires Secretary of State to file, maintain custody of, and certify authenticated supplements and replacement volumes upon request.
