• Amends Section 28-3-1 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to add an express definition of "draft or keg beer" to Alabama's alcoholic beverage statutes.

• Defines draft or keg beer as beer packaged and distributed in a keg by the manufacturer, with a keg defined as a pressurized factory-sealed container with a capacity of at least 5 US gallons from which beer is withdrawn via an external tap.

• Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or upon otherwise becoming law.
