Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the Town of St. Florian in Lauderdale County, Alabama.

Annexes two tracts of land: Tract 1 is a parcel in the NW 1/4 of Section 14, Township 2 South, Range 11 West, bounded by Chisholm Highway and New St. Florian Road (Church Road); Tract 2 is Lot 2 of the JoAnne McDougle Tracts as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 233.

Requires a map showing the proposed annexed territory to be filed in the Office of the Judge of Probate in Lauderdale County and made available for public inspection, in accordance with Section 11-42-6(b) of the Code of Alabama 1975.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or upon otherwise becoming law.
