• Authorizes the sale of draft or keg beer and malt beverages by properly licensed retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board in the City of Enterprise in Coffee and Dale Counties.

• Extends all existing resolutions and ordinances relating to the sale, consumption, and possession of bottled or canned beer to also apply to draft or keg beer and malt beverages.

• Allows the City of Enterprise City Council to adopt ordinances to regulate the sale of draft or keg beer and malt beverages.

• Repeals any conflicting laws while preserving cumulative and supplementary provisions that are not directly inconsistent with the act.

• Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
