Allows bingo games in areas where permitted by constitutional amendments enacted after January 1, 2003 to be played on electronic machines authorized by the National Indian Gaming Commission under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (25 U.S.C. § 2701 et seq.).

Permits Native American tribes in Alabama to operate such electronic bingo machines under rules and regulations promulgated by the Sheriff of Macon County.

Exempts bingo games authorized under this provision from Alabama Code sections 8-1-150, 13A-12-20 through 13A-12-27, and 13A-12-30.

Applies specifically to Amendment 744 of the Alabama Constitution of 1901 (Macon County), clarifying voter intent to authorize bingo games played on paper, machine, or electronic devices.

Takes effect immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor or upon otherwise becoming law.
