• Alters and extends the corporate limits of the City of Foley in Baldwin County by annexing five tracts of land totaling approximately 228.65 acres (less excluded areas and right-of-ways).

• Tract 1 includes Outparcel D of Plantation at Magnolia River Phase Four containing 0.65 acres as recorded on Slide 2215C in Baldwin County Probate Court records.

• Tracts 2 through 5 are defined by detailed metes and bounds descriptions referencing Section 26, Township 7 South, Range 3 East and other Baldwin County locations, with acreages ranging from 12.59 to 107.03 acres.

• Requires a map showing the proposed annexed territory to be filed and open for public inspection in the office of the Judge of Probate in Baldwin County, per Section 11-42-6(b) of the Code of Alabama 1975.

• Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
