• Alters and extends the corporate limits of the City of Spanish Fort in Baldwin County, Alabama to include additional territory along U.S. Highway 31.

• The annexed territory begins at the west right-of-way of Wakefield Drive in Wakefield Subdivision Unit One and extends northeasterly along U.S. Highway 31 to the north line of Section 18, Township 4 South, Range 3 East.

• Includes Lot 1 and Lot 2 of Malbis Business Park Subdivision, Unit One, within the city's new corporate limits.

• All annexed territory becomes subject to the city's laws, ordinances, and City Council jurisdiction on the same basis as existing city territory.

• Effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
