• Reduces the distribution to Fort Morgan State Historic Site and Historic Blakeley Authority from 25% to 12.5% of tax revenue, with funds split equally between both entities.

• Establishes the Baldwin County Community Capital Fund to receive 12.5% of tax revenue, which must be expended only upon unanimous direction of the Baldwin County Legislative Delegation for public purposes promoting the county's economic well-being.

• Becomes effective October 1, 2015.
