Walker County Judge of Probate shall mail registration application forms to all registered boat owners allowing them to order annual boat registration certificates by mail.

Boat owners may complete mail-in applications to pay taxes, tags, or decals by mail with tags and receipts forwarded to them by mail.

Establishes a $2 "Mail Order Fee" to be collected by the judge of probate at time of issuance to cover mailing costs.

Mail order fee shall be paid to the general fund of Walker County as other fees and commissions.

Act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
