Standard property and casualty insurance policies and endorsements without personally identifiable information may be mailed, delivered, or posted on the insurer's website.

Policies and endorsements posted on a website must remain easily accessible while the policy is in force and be archived for five years after expiration, available upon request.

Insurers must post policies in a format that allows insured parties to print and save documents using widely available and free internet applications.

Declarations pages provided at policy issuance and renewal must include a description of purchased policy forms, the internet address where policies are posted, and instructions for obtaining a free paper copy within 30 days of request.

The requirements apply to policies issued or renewed after the bill's effective date, which is immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
