Designates the public boat ramp commonly known as the Coburn public boat ramp as the Hayes Landing Public Boat Ramp in response to a request by the Colbert County Commission.

Located in the community of Margrem in Section 26, township 3 south, range 15 west, in Colbert County, Alabama, containing approximately three and one-half acres.

Requests that appropriate officials establish and maintain signs or markers designating the boat ramp with its new name.

Adopted by the House on 18-FEB-14 and the Senate on 27-FEB-14.
