Honors the life and memory of Juston Gerrod Martin, who died at age 22, and mourns his untimely death.

Recognizes Martin's accomplishments including graduating from Montgomery Catholic Preparatory High School in 2009, serving as a senior at University of Alabama majoring in International Business, and serving as an Air National Guard Reservist since November 2010.

Acknowledges Martin's active participation in Hutchinson Missionary Baptist Church, his role as an organ donor whose donations extended lives, and his valued standing in the community.

Extends devout sympathy to Martin's parents (Jesse and Katrina Martin Jr.), sister (Kaitlyn G. Martin), extended family members, and friends.

Adopted by the House on February 13, 2014 and by the Senate on February 27, 2014.
