Commends Officer Kevin Patrick Quinley of the Clanton Police Department for being selected as the 2012 Law Enforcement Officer of the Year.

Officer Quinley graduated from the 131st Session of the Selma Police Academy in 2008 and previously served with the Maplesville Police Department and Chilton County Sheriff's Office before joining Clanton Police Department in 2011.

Officer Quinley is currently assigned to the Patrol Division and has faithfully served Chilton County citizens for six years with honor.

Chief Brian A. Stilwell presented Officer Quinley with the 2012 Law Enforcement Officer of the Year Medal for his service to the City of Clanton and dedication to law enforcement.

House adopted the resolution on February 6, 2014, and the Senate adopted it on February 12, 2014.
