Recognizes Adrienne Pope Kelly Washington, South Eastern Regional Director of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, for her dedicated service to community, state, and nation.

Commends Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and welcomes its leaders and members to the Capitol on the occasion of AKA Day celebration on February 27, 2014.

Notes the South Eastern Region of Alpha Kappa Alpha consists of 55 graduate and 48 undergraduate chapters across Alabama, Tennessee, and Mississippi, including the oldest graduate chapter (Omicron Omega, established 1924) and oldest undergraduate chapter (Pi Chapter at Fisk University).

Directs that a copy of the resolution be provided to Adrienne Pope Kelly Washington as evidence of the esteem in which she is held.
