Designates March 11, 2014, as Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, Day in Alabama.

Acknowledges the fraternity was founded in 1911 at Howard University in Washington, D.C., and now operates more than 700 chapters nationwide and internationally.

Notes Alabama has 25 chapters (12 graduate and 13 undergraduate) that volunteered over 12,000 hours and donated thousands of dollars during fiscal year 2012-2013 to community projects.

Recognizes the organization's 100+ years of progressive and constructive civic, political, and community service at local, national, and worldwide levels.

Directs presentation of a copy of the resolution to Mr. David Marion, Seventh District Representative, with highest praise and best wishes for future service endeavors.
