• Establishes the Alabama Human Trafficking Task Force to combat sex trafficking and labor trafficking through comprehensive responses, victim services, prevention education, and legislation development.

• Task Force comprises 15 members including representatives from the House, Senate, Governor's office, Attorney General's office, regional human trafficking task forces, and commissioners from Human Resources, Agriculture and Industries, Labor, and other state agencies.

• Members serve without compensation and must meet at least four times per calendar year, with the initial meeting required by June 1, 2014; a majority constitutes a quorum.

• Task Force must submit annual reports of findings and recommendations to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, Senate President Pro Tempore, and Speaker of the House by January 1 each year.

• All state departments, agencies, and subdivisions are required to cooperate with the Task Force in carrying out its purposes.
