Establishes a Business Litigation and Complex Litigation Study Committee to study the feasibility of creating a specialized Business Litigation and Complex Litigation Court in Alabama.

Committee membership includes 12 positions filled by legislative leaders, judicial appointees, bar association representatives, and business organizations, with efforts to ensure geographic, gender, racial, and ethnic diversity.

Committee must meet at least once per month beginning the second month after the 2014 Regular Session adjourns, with a majority constituting a quorum, and members serve without compensation.

Committee shall study potential benefits and detriments of a specialized court, identify necessary resources, and report findings and recommendations to the Legislature at least one month before the 2015 Regular Session convenes.

Committee dissolves after submitting its final report unless the Legislature authorizes it to continue.
