Creates the Alabama Medal of Honor Recipients' Task Force to provide suggestions for honoring and preserving the accomplishments and sacrifices of Alabama Medal of Honor recipients.

Task force may recommend establishment of a public memorial park, development of model lesson plans for Alabama schools, and an estimated budget for costs to be administered by the Alabama Department of Veterans Affairs.

Task force membership consists of representatives from the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Alabama National Guard, Alabama Department of Education, Alabama Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans of Foreign Wars Department of Alabama, plus one member each from the Alabama Senate and House of Representatives.

Alabama Department of Veterans Affairs representative serves as chair and task force must submit a report to the Governor and Legislature by the fifth legislative day of the 2015 Regular Session, after which it is dissolved.

Total legislative expenditures for the task force shall not exceed $1,000, with legislative members receiving regular compensation, per diem, and travel expenses subject to restrictions when the Legislature is in session.
