Notes Lowe's musical legacy of 703 megahits including "The Lion Sleeps Tonight," "I've Got a Right To Cry," and "Prisoner of Love."

Directs that a copy of this resolution of tribute be provided to Lowe's family as evidence of the esteem in which he is held by the people of Alabama.
