Commends Tuskegee University for earning a spot in the 2014 Honda Campus All-Star Challenge (HCASC) National Championship Tournament in Los Angeles, California, in April 2014.

Notes that over 25 years, the HCASC program has awarded over $7 million in grants to participating Historically Black Colleges and Universities, with more than 100,000 students in 21 states and the District of Columbia participating.

Recognizes that Tuskegee University has won $289,500 in grants to date through the HCASC program.

Identifies the National Championship team representatives as Gabriel A. Smith, April N. Baldwin, Demetrius A. Finley, and Tony B. Kirk, II, led by team coach Peter J. Spears, Sr.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be provided to Tuskegee University for display with congratulations and best wishes for success.
