Commends Auburn University fullback Jay Prosch for his exemplary college football career at the University of Illinois and Auburn University.

Recognizes Prosch's achievements including being named first-team All-American by Pro Football Weekly at Illinois and serving as Auburn team captain during the 2012 season.

Acknowledges Prosch's integral role in Auburn's 2012 rushing attack that produced over 4,500 team rushing yards, led to a victory in the 2013 Iron Bowl, a Southeastern Conference Championship, and an appearance in the final Bowl Championship Series National Championship in Pasadena, California.

Notes Prosch's personal dedication in transferring to Auburn in 2012 to be near his mother who was battling illness, and his athletic achievements including breaking weight lifting records at Auburn.
