Designates the portion of United States Highway 43 in Marengo County from the city limits of Linden, Alabama, to the intersection of Marengo County Road 47 as the "Anthony Robinson, Jr., and Christopher 'C.J.' Boykins, Jr., Memorial Highway."

Anthony Robinson, Jr., age 19, was an outstanding athlete at Linden High School and University of West Alabama Football team member who died in a motor vehicle accident on September 1, 2013.

Christopher "C.J." Boykins, Jr., age 12, was a student at Demopolis Middle School who died in the same motor vehicle accident on September 1, 2013.

Requests the Alabama Department of Transportation erect appropriate signage along the designated route, fully funded by private funds from the Robinson and Boykins families or their friends, incorporating the Great Seal of Alabama and school emblems if rights are granted.

The memorial designation does not alter United States Highway 43's official designation and does not affect postal or address designations along the route.
