AL HJR63

Amends Act 2012-123 (HJR83 from 2012 Regular Session) to designate a portion of Alabama Highway 27 in Geneva southbound to the Florida state boundary as the Sheriff L. D. "Red" Sizemore Memorial Highway.

Changes the official designation from "Sheriff Lelon D. Sizemore" to "Sheriff L. D. 'Red' Sizemore" to honor the late sheriff's service and dedication to protecting his community.

Requires signage to include the Great Seal of the State of Alabama and display "Sheriff L. D. 'Red' Sizemore Memorial Highway" if possible.

Directs presentation of a copy of the resolution to Sheriff Sizemore's immediate family to recognize his service to his country, state, and Geneva County.
