Designates the four-mile stretch of State Highway 287 (Rabun Road) from I-65 southeast to Highway 59 in Bay Minette as the George "Chip" Robinson Wimberley, Jr., Memorial Bikeway.

Honors George "Chip" Robinson Wimberley, Jr., a long-time Bay Minette resident and devoted cycling advocate who died on April 9, 2013, from an automobile/bicycle collision on the Natchez Trace.

Recognizes Wimberley's 30+ years of active participation in the North Baldwin Flyers Bicycle Group and his passionate promotion of cycling in the community.

Notes the designated route serves as the frequent cycling path for North Baldwin cyclists and the final leg of the annual Ride Yellow cycling event, which attracts over 600 cyclists per year.

Requests appropriate officials install and maintain signs designating the memorial bikeway to promote cyclist safety and awareness in the North Baldwin area.
