Commends Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, on celebrating its 2014 Statewide Founders Day Cluster, held February 28 to March 2, 2014, hosted by the Huntsville Alumnae Chapter.

Recognizes Delta Sigma Theta as a nonprofit organization with over 200,000 members predominantly African-American and college-educated, with 1,000 chapters across the United States, England, Japan, Germany, the Virgin Islands, Bermuda, the Bahamas, Jamaica, and the Republic of Korea.

Notes the sorority's Five Point Programmatic Thrust focuses on Educational Development, Economic Development, Physical and Mental Health, International Awareness and Development, and Political Awareness and Involvement.

Acknowledges the membership's distinguished leaders in education, government, and worthy causes who have earned respect for exceptional abilities and tireless dedication.
