Members may file objections to bills on the Consent Calendar until adjournment on the 13th legislative day.

Bills considered on Consent Calendar may not be amended, substituted, debated, or carried over.

Includes HB5 (sponsored by Representative Nordgren) repealing criminal penalties for purchase or sale of domestic animals or fowl between sunrise and sunset under Section 3-1-20.

Includes HB180 (sponsored by Representative Johnson) amending Section 34-24-383 to allow physicians to renew licenses while paying administrative fines in installments.
