Mourns the death of Mrs. Joyce Sassaman Ochoa of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, who died on January 16, 2014, at age 86.

Honors her accomplishments including graduating from Birmingham-Southern College with a degree in Sociology and achieving credentials as a Master Flower Show Judge and Landscape Design Consultant.

Recognizes her over 50 years of active membership in Canterbury Episcopal Chapel, including service in the Altar Guild, Flower Guild, and completion of the four-year Episcopalians for Ministry course.

Lists surviving family members: daughters Ramona Elizabeth Ochoa-Horshok, Amanda Lucia Ochoa, and Patricia Ann Ochoa; brothers Billy J. Sassaman and Dan Sassaman; and four grandchildren.
