Establishes a Consent Calendar for the Alabama House of Representatives to be considered on the 18th legislative day or a subsequent day if not reached in regular order.

Allows House members to file objections to any bill on the Consent Calendar until adjournment on the 17th legislative day.

Prohibits bills considered on Consent Calendar from being amended, substituted, debated, or carried over.

Includes HB260 (by Representative Scott) on the Consent Calendar, which authorizes the School of Fine Arts to select an executive committee to transact business in lieu of a quorum, amending Section 16-26B-6.
