Honors Glenda Sue Moore for her retirement as Superintendent of Education of the Choctaw County School System after 30 years of distinguished service in education.

Recognizes her prior service as Principal at Southern Choctaw Elementary and Middle Schools, Alabama Southern Community College Adjunct Instructor, and teacher in the Choctaw County School System.

Acknowledges her numerous professional accolades including the 2013 UWA Lifetime Golden Key Alumni Award, Citizen of the Year from the Choctaw County Chamber of Commerce, and Alabama Community Education Association Central Region Principal of the Year.

Details her educational credentials including a Bachelor of Science Degree in English and History from Livingston University (where she served as Valedictorian with a 4.0 average), a Master's Degree in English, Administrative Leadership Certification from The University of Alabama, and additional professional training in school finance, education law, and curriculum leadership.
