Mourns the death of Mrs. Pamela June Byrd Burnham of Semmes, Alabama, who died at age 58.

Recognizes her 16 years of service as Executive Director for the Saraland Chamber of Commerce and membership on the Chamber of Commerce of Alabama Board of Directors.

Notes her active membership in Moffett Road Baptist Church and her two decades of employment at Gayfers Department Store.

Survived by her husband of 37 years David Burnham, sons Travis and Matthew Burnham, sister Carolyn Byrd Quinn, brother Arthur Byrd, and numerous nieces and nephews.

House of Representatives records her death with deep sadness and offers this resolution in tribute to her life and in sympathy to her family.
