Commends Lisa Fountain, Executive Director of Alabama Propane Gas Association, for outstanding service during the extreme cold weather crisis in January and February 2014.

Recognizes Fountain's tireless coordination of propane gas delivery to residential customers, poultry farmers, and commercial businesses during record low temperatures to prevent human and economic crisis.

Acknowledges Fountain's collaboration with Governor Robert Bentley, Agriculture Commissioner John McMillan, the Alabama Legislature, Congressional Delegation, and various state and national organizations in crisis management efforts that saved lives and businesses.

Honors Fountain's expert guidance and leadership during the 2014 winter weather challenges as reflecting credit upon the State of Alabama.
