Recognizes Cody Steward, a 12-year-old sixth-grader at L.E. Wilson School in Sheffield, Alabama, for outstanding achievement at Camp Courage in October 2013.

Commends Steward for participation in the inaugural session of Camp Courage held at Ivy Green, the historic birthplace of Helen Keller in Tuscumbia, Alabama, which included educational, social, and inspirational activities.

Camp Courage is a three-day intensive program for visually impaired and hearing impaired children ages 7-14, sponsored by the Helen Keller Birthplace Foundation, American Optometric Association Foundation, University of North Alabama, and University of Alabama at Birmingham.
