Establishes a Consent Calendar to be considered on the 20th legislative day, or a subsequent day if not reached in regular order of business.

Members have until adjournment on the 19th legislative day to file objections to any bill listed on the Consent Calendar.

Bills on the Consent Calendar may not be amended, substituted, or debated, and may not be carried over.

Includes HB402, which codifies Acts of 2013 Regular Session in the Code of Alabama 1975 with certain corrections and local laws of certain counties, and addresses duties of the Secretary of State.
