Commends Blaise Murray, an 11-year-old sixth-grader at Russellville Middle School, for his outstanding achievement as a trailblazer at Camp Courage in October 2013.

Camp Courage is a three-day intensive program for visually impaired and hearing impaired children ages 7-14, held at Ivy Green (Helen Keller's birthplace) in Tuscumbia, Alabama, and sponsored by the Helen Keller Birthplace Foundation and American Optometric Association Foundation in conjunction with the University of North Alabama and University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Notes that Blaise Murray is an exceptional student with ambitions to become a Roller Coaster Inspector, participates in basketball, hunting, and church youth activities, and is admired for both his serious nature and sense of humor.

Recognizes Murray for earning respect through his diligent pursuit of excellence at a young age.
