Establishes a Consent Calendar to be considered on the 23rd legislative day of the session, or on a subsequent day if not reached by that date.

Members may file objections to any bills listed on the Consent Calendar until adjournment on the 22nd legislative day.

Bills considered on the Consent Calendar may not be amended, substituted, debated, or carried over to future sessions.

Includes HB37 (Representative Bridges): Exempts the Arc of Alabama from sales, use, and ad valorem taxes by adding Section 40-9-25.19.

Includes SB213 (Senator Waggoner and Representative Gaston): Increases the threshold amount for contracts that do not require competitive bids by amending Section 41-16-21.
