Commends the Tuscaloosa Academy Basketball Team for winning the 2014 Alabama Independent School Association Class AAA State Championship.

Team defeated Glenwood 47-44 on February 17, 2014, at Huntingdon College in Montgomery, securing the school's 16th State Basketball Championship.

Season record was 27-4 under Head Coach William Johnson and Assistant Coaches John David Smelser and John Copeland.

Recognizes contributions from 12 named student-athletes including Torrence Brown, Terrell Bush, Pride Snow, Wilson Standeffer, Sam Brown, Price McGiffert, Harrison Standeffer, Tristen Steerman, Keonte Chambers, Joshua Lanier, Jerren Smith, and Shane Stephenson.
