Records and mourns the death of Mr. Julian Adair Brannon of Headland, Alabama, who died on March 12, 2014, at age 95.

Recognizes Mr. Brannon's service in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II and his participation in an Honor Flight to Washington, D.C.

Honors his community contributions including membership on the Headland City Council and Henry County Commission, leadership roles in the Headland United Methodist Church, and involvement with cattle farming and cattlemen's associations.

Extends heartfelt sympathy to his surviving family members, including his wife Grace Vann Brannon, three sons, 14 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
