Establishes a Consent Calendar for the Alabama House of Representatives to be considered on the 28th legislative day, or a subsequent day if not reached in regular order.

Members may file objections to any bill on the Consent Calendar until adjournment on the 27th legislative day.

Bills considered on the Consent Calendar may not be amended, substituted, debated, or carried over.

Includes SB10 (sponsored by Senator Allen and Representative Poole) which dissolves the Foundation for Local Schools and disburses monies to local schools and trust accounts, repealing Sections 16-26C-1 to 16-26C-13.
