Mourns the death of Mr. Walter Wayne Nesbitt of Gadsden, Alabama, who died on March 13, 2014, at age 79.

Recognizes Mr. Nesbitt's accomplishments including graduating from Gadsden High School in 1952 and Auburn University in 1956, owning Nesbitt Equipment Company, and serving as a licensed Methodist minister at multiple churches.

Notes his survival by his wife Sonya Head Nesbitt, three children, twelve grandchildren, one sister, and one brother-in-law.

Honors Mr. Nesbitt's civic involvement with the Intersae Club, Serendipity, and Autumnal Club, and his active church participation in the Martin Fellowship Class, Board of Stewards, and choir.

Expresses the Alabama House of Representatives' gratitude for his life and extends condolences to his family and friends.
