Team defeated Gadsden State 75-65 to claim the eighth championship title in nine years.

Sophomore point guard Amber Yelding scored 14 points and was named MVP; Kendara Watts, Shadijah Moore, and Katherine Goldsby earned All-Tournament team spots.

Head Coach Madonna Thompson received Coach of the Year Award, marking the tenth title during her 16 seasons as head coach.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to Shelton State for school display.
