House of Representatives resolution mourning the death of Mr. Joe Birchel Wayne Frier, Sr., of Gadsden, Alabama, who died on February 21, 2014, at age 61.

Recognizes Mr. Frier as a loving husband, father, and grandfather who was hardworking and valued in his community.

Survivors include his wife Martha Collier Frier; children Jennifer Lane and Joe Birchel Wayne Frier, Jr.; stepsons Mickey Jones and Todd Collier; stepdaughter Teresa Styles; five grandchildren; one great-grandson; siblings Lloyd, James, and Gladys Studdard; and numerous nieces, nephews, and his puppy Bandit.

Legislature records his death with deep sadness and offers this resolution in tribute to his life and in sympathy to his family.
