Recognizes Elder Kelly as an exemplary bass-baritone singer and composer with an international reputation as a soloist, ordained minister, radio personality, and award-winning religion teacher in the Seventh-day Adventist church.

Details Elder Kelly's career accomplishments including graduation from Emmanuel Missionary College (now Andrews University) in 1952, 25 years of service as a pastor and evangelist, and collaboration with legendary preacher E.E. Cleveland on evangelistic crusades in 1971 and 1972.

Honors his educational contributions at Oakwood College Academy, including receipt of a Zapara Award for Excellence in Teaching in 1990, and his over 30 years hosting a Sabbath afternoon radio talk show on WJOU 90.1 FM.
