Recognizes Dr. Donald G. Smith for more than 50 years of practicing dentistry in Blountsville, Alabama.

Honors Dr. Smith's military service as a linguist in the United States Air Force during the Cold War and his subsequent education under the G.I. Bill at the University of Alabama.

Commends Dr. Smith's volunteer work providing dental care to children and senior citizens in Blountsville who could not afford services, and his mentorship of students and young people.

Acknowledges Dr. Smith's lifelong support of J.B. Pennington High School, his promotion of the Annual Blountsville Harvest Festival, and his contributions to the local agricultural community.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be provided to Dr. Smith as evidence of the esteem in which he is held by the Alabama House of Representatives.
